Caravan Ventures Ltd. sells:
New motorhomes & caravans
Used and certified pre-owned motorhomes
Travel trailers, fifth wheels, camper vans, Class A/B/C RVs
Accessories and related RV equipment
We also offer:
Vehicle delivery across Canada and the USA
Assistance with export/import documentation
Optional extra services upon request
All vehicles are inspected and prepared before delivery or pickup.
All prices are listed in CAD or USD, depending on the destination.
Prices may change without notice due to market fluctuations and stock availability.
Payments must be made in full unless a specific agreement is approved in writing.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, certified payment, or other methods listed in the sales agreement.
An order is confirmed only after full payment or a cleared deposit.
We provide safe and reliable delivery to customers in both Canada and the United States.
Standard delivery time: 30 to 60 days, depending on:
Vehicle availability
Transport scheduling
Customs processing for U.S. buyers
Distance and location logistics
Caravan Ventures Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather
Transport companies
Border/customs issues
Strikes or force majeure events
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and be available at the time of arrival.
We do not provide RV installation services, but we may assist with:
Technical guidance
Accessory setup recommendations
Referrals to certified technicians (if needed)
Extra services are always optional and subject to additional fees.
Every vehicle sold includes a warranty, based on:
Vehicle age
Condition
Model
Manufacturer’s coverage
Mechanical defects
Major functional failures not caused by misuse
Wear-and-tear items
Damage caused by customer use or accidents
Modifications made after purchase
Improper maintenance
Damage during third-party installations
Warranty terms will be provided in writing at the time of sale.
To ensure client satisfaction, we offer a 14-day return period, under the following conditions:
A return may be accepted if:
The vehicle arrives with unexpected mechanical issues
The wrong vehicle was delivered
Significant undisclosed defects are discovered
Customers must:
Contact our support team
Provide photos, videos, or a mechanic’s report
Await approval and return instructions
If the issue is our responsibility, Caravan Ventures Ltd. covers return transport.
If the customer changes their mind, return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund or denied based on the inspection.
Refunds are processed after:
The vehicle is returned
A full inspection is completed
The condition matches return requirements
Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
Customers agree to:
Provide correct contact and delivery information
Review all documents prior to purchase
Maintain the vehicle responsibly
Use the vehicle legally and appropriately
Arrange proper licensing, insurance, and registration according to their region
Improper use may void warranty coverage.
Caravan Ventures Ltd. is not liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of income, travel costs, or accommodation expenses
Delays caused by third-party transport
Damages caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
Our total liability is limited strictly to the value of the vehicle purchased.
We collect and process customer information in compliance with Canadian privacy laws and applicable U.S. data regulations when required.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
